Santa's Land USA, Our 69th Season Featuring NIGHTTIME MAGIC!
We will be opening in the late Fall of 2026 -
Experience this classic roadside attraction in the evening with Santa and his friends! Set in the southern foothills of Vermont, Santa's Land USA has been a New England family tradition for generations.
In 2025 we went exclusively into evening operations for Nighttime Magic! Our guests will walk through a landscape of lights in the Santa Land forest. Stop along the way at the various buildings to see elves fast at work, Rex the talking Reindeer, write a letter to Santa in the school house and of course talk and take photos with Santa himself! Top off the experience at the Candy Cane Cupboard for a burger and fries, and don't forget a hot chocolate and treat at Santa's Sweet shop or an ornament at our gift shop!

Our Story
Since opening in 1957, Santa's Land USA has been proud to serve millions of families in the last 68 years. We are a small, family park opened from the late Fall until the New Year. No rides in 2025.

Makes a great evening trip! Only a couple hours from the Boston, Springfield, Hartford, New Haven and Upstate New York Region. We are located a few miles off Interstate I-91 in Southern Vermont.
